Bio: David has experience negotiating high value contracts, litigating commercial transactions, as well as advising businesses in entity formation and complex transaction including funding start-ups, corporate capitalization, as well as a host of other corporate documents.
Recently, David had the privilege of arguing and winning a controversy with a $50,000,000 investment conflict before the 1st Department Court of Appeals.
David received his Bachelor of Science from Portland State University, where he majored in Philosophy, and graduated from Regent University Law School, where he competed nationally in appellate advocacy, was a graduate assistant for professors in the fields of both Intellectual Property and contracts, and graduated in the top 30% of his class. David gained valuable experience as a legal intern chosen for the elite United States Air Force legal internship. The following year he went on to serve as a legal intern for the United States Coast Guard.
